Marc E. Gibson
Marc Gibson is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he also earned a Master’s degree in criminology. He articled at a national, full-service law firm and completed a secondment with the Canadian Civil Liberties Association before joining Falconers LLP in 2013. Marc’s practice spans a diverse range of civil, criminal, and regulatory matters with a focus on constitutional law. He has argued at every level of court in Ontario, as well as before administrative tribunals and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has particular experience with First Nation policing and justice issues, including graduate research on Indigenous legal traditions. Marc was born and raised in Kenora, Ontario and still prefers to travel by canoe. He believes in justice, dragons, and the Montreal Canadiens.
